Platinum Equity
Acquired Cox Target Media (Saint Petersburg, FL, US), a direct marketing service provider, reaching consumers primarily through Valpak “Blue Envelope” household mailers, as well as Savings.com, an online provider of digital coupons and promotional codes.

Invested in Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare (Port Washington, NY, US), a manufacturer of mobility products, sleep and respiratory products, beds, bariatric products, wheelchairs, sleep surfaces and pressure prevention products, self-assist products, power operated wheelchairs, rehabilitation products, patient room equipment, personal care products and electrotherapy devices.

Made a growth investment in Argentum Medical (Geneva, IL, US), a manufacturer of innovative wound care products across a wide number of clinical applications, including the Silverlon brand, its proprietary range of silver-based antimicrobial products.

Acquired a majority stake in Red Monkey Foods (Springfield, MO, US), a provider of premium organic spices, seasonings and other natural dry food products.

Invested in Pure Growth Organic (New York, NY, US), a maker and distributor of healthy, organic snack foods.

Winona Capital Management
Made a growth investment in Incredible Foods (Boston, MA, US), a manufacturer of allergen-free foods made of natural ingredients. These all-natural snacks are free from the Big 8 food allergens (dairy, wheat / gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs and soy) and contain no artificial flavoring, GMOs, colors or preservatives.
