Invested in R4 Technologies (Ridgefield, CT), an artificial intelligence company that provides a cloud platform that applies AI across all enterprise functions and incorporates diverse data and augments functional silos and existing IT infrastructures.
Oil & Gas Products
Invested in Clean Chemistry Inc. (Boulder, CO), a provider of patented chemical solutions and technology for oilfield water treatment. Clean Chemistry developed a patented family of liquid chemistries that evolve Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS).
Acquired ASAP Industries Manufacturing (Houma, LA), an American Petroleum Institute (API) certified manufacturer of a variety of flow control products that are used in drilling, completion, and production equipment. Products include drilling and adapter spools, sand separators, and frac heads.
Invested in Titan Production Equipment (The Woodlands, TX) a manufacturer of oil and gas production equipment for the separation, processing and treating of oil and gas hydrocarbon streams. Titan produces both pre-designed and custom separators, heater treaters, glycol dehydration units, as well as a wide range of other production equipment products.

Acquired Young’s Communications Co., Inc. (Melbourne, FL), a provider of infrastructure services to the telecommunications and utility industries in the Southeast. Y-COM specializes in underground and aerial construction, directional boring, fiber installation, and emergency maintenance and response.
