November 2020 – Virtù Equity Partners completed a joint venture acquisition of Nutracap Labs (Norcross, GA), a supplement and vitamin contract manufacturer focused on emerging brands looking for customized formulations and wellness solutions.
September 2020 – BDC Capital Growth Equity made a growth equity investment into The Genacol Group (Quebec, Canada), specializing in natural supplements for joint health.
September 2020 – New Mountain Capital acquired Jarrow (Los Angeles, CA), an independent formulator, manufacturer, and marketer of high-quality and scientifically supported probiotics, vitamins, minerals and supplements.
