JMI Equity invested in Canto (San Francisco, CA, US),  a cloud-based digital asset management platform that companies use to store, organize, and share large volumes of digital brand assets, such as documents, images, logos, and videos.

Shamrock Capital Advisors invested in Learn On Demand Systems (New Port Richey, FL, US),  a provider of cloud-based virtual lab environments to address a range of organizations’ information technology needs across skills validation, education, sales enablement, and customer support.

Astorg Partners invested in Cytel (Boston, MA, US),  a global provider of clinical trial design SaaS software, biometric services and advanced analytics.

JMI Equity invested in ChurnZero (Arlington, VA, US),  a provider of cloud-based customer success software that companies use to onboard, manage, segment, and track their customers.

Cybersecurity

Clearlake Capital Group invested in RSA (Bedford, MA, US),  a provider of cybersecurity and risk management solutions.

Long Ridge Equity Partners invested in Drawbridge (New York, NY, US),  a provider of cybersecurity software and solutions to the alternative investment industry.

Brighton Park Capital invested in OPSWAT (Tampa, FL, US),  a global company that provides Critical Infrastructure Protection cybersecurity solutions that protect mission-critical organizations in energy, defense, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors from malware and zero-day attacks.

Food & Beverage

NexPhase Capital invested in Oliver Wine Company (Bloomington, IN, US),  a winery focused on flavor-forward and low-ABV Wines such as Moscato.

One Rock Capital Partners invested in BlueTriton Brands (Stamford, CT, US),  a provider of bottled water in North America, under Brands such as Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ozarka, Pure Life, Splash and Zephyrhills.

Limerston Capital invested in Village Bakery (Wales, UK),  a provider of premium private label and gluten free baked goods.

Health & Wellness

Constitution Capital Partners invested in Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness (Carrolton, TX, US),  a contract manufacturer serving the health and wellness market with a focus on vitamins, minerals and supplements.

Silas Capital invested in Sakara Life (New York, NY, US),  a wellness company anchored in food as medicine, delivering organic, plant-based meals and functional products to doorsteps nationwide.

Wind Point Partners invested in Food Science Corporation (Williston, VT, US),  a formulator, manufacturer and marketer of high-quality nutritional supplements for humans and pets.
