Warburg Pincus invested in Aquila Air Capital (United States), a specialty finance platform focused on commercial aerospace as well as purchasing and leasing aircraft, engines and other aviation equipment.

Argosy Private Equity invested in Wittenbach Business Systems (Sparks, MD, US), a provider of cash management, electronic security, and physical security solutions to local and regional credit unions, financial institutions, and retail customers.

Foresight Group invested in Beckett Investment Management Group (Bury St. Edmunds, UK), a Chartered Financial Planner and regional provider of financial, wealth management and employee benefits advice.

Food & Beverage

CVC Capital Partners invested in Vivartia (Athens, Greece), a diversified food company. Its core business lines are Dairy & Drinks (Delta, UMC), Frozen Foods (Barba Stathis, Chrysi Zymi), Food Services & Entertainment (Goody’s, Flocafe, Everest and La Pasteria).

Granite Creek Capital Partners invested in Big Easy Blends (New Orleans, LA, US), a manufacturer of pouched beverages and frozen novelties.

Blue Road Capital invested in Sweet Harvest Foods (Cannon Falls, MN, US), a natural sweeteners platform that is an integrated direct importer and processor of honey in North America.

WindRose Health Investors invested in Bluestone (Stillwater, MN, US), an integrated care delivery model to high-risk, chronically ill patients residing in senior living, community, and home-based settings.

Petra Capital Partners invested in Aging With Comfort (Philadelphia, PA, US), a home care agency that provides non-medical personal care assistance for elderly and disabled clients.
