H.I.G. Capital invested in Accounting Seed (Columbia, MD, US), a cloud-based, SaaS accounting and financial management platform.

Scottish Equity Partners invested in FundApps (London, UK), a regulatory compliance software provider to the global financial services market.

TELEO Capital invested in Teesnap (Las Vegas, NV, US), a provider of cloud-based software and services to golf courses. The SaaS platform provides real-time tee time scheduling, mobility-enabled point-of-sale, pricing optimization, inventory management, intelligent marketing and business reporting.

Manufacturing

Jordan Company, The invested in Spartech (Maryland Heights, MO, US), a plastics manufacturer of engineered thermoplastic materials and specialty packaging products.

Rock Mountain Capital invested in VCM Products (Freehold, NJ, US), a manufacturer and distributor of patented natural pest repellent, glue trap and encasement products under the BuggyBeds brand.

Callista Private Equity invested in Rohrwerk Maxhütte (Sulzbach, Germany), a manufacturer of high-quality seamless steel tubes for the automotive, industrial and energy sectors.

Retail

Altamont Capital Partners invested in INTERMIX (New York, NY, US), an omnichannel women’s luxury fashion retailer.

H.I.G. Capital invested in Homewerks (Lake Bluff, IL, US), a developer and marketer of a variety of home improvement products under their own brand names as well as retailer private brands across the rough plumbing, fashion plumbing, HVAC, and bath accessory categories.

Regent invested in Club Monaco (New York, NY, US),  a casual clothing retailer.
