Mainsail Partners invested in Centerbase (Dallas, TX, US), a cloud-based legal practice management system. Centerbase’s platform is highly configurable and includes native accounting, billing, timekeeping, matter management, document management, client communication tools, and reporting.

JMI Equity invested in Incident IQ (Atlanta, GA, US), provides cloud-based IT service management and IT asset management for K-12 school districts.

NexPhase Capital invested in Selerix Systems (McKinney, TX, US), a provider of SaaS-based benefits administration software. The company’s technology platform offers customers a full breadth of benefits administration functionality, including enrollments, compliance, decision support, and employee engagement.

Paine Schwartz Partners invested in Registrar (Hampton, VA, US), a SaaS assisted provider of U.S. Food and Drug Administration supply chain compliance services.

Healthcare

Palladium Equity Partners invested in Health Connect America (Franklin, TN, US), a behavioral health services platform that treats a comprehensive mix of issues including conduct disorder, substance abuse, autism disorders and emotional disturbance.

Thurston Group invested in ARC Health (Beachwood, OH, US), a mental Health platform built to support market-leading mental Health practices.

Healthcare – Dental

Blackstone Group invested in Deca Dental (Dallas, TX, US), a Dental services organization.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing – Food

Pritzker Private Capital invested in Monogram Foods (Memphis, TN, US), a business-to-business food manufacturer focused on the co-manufacturing, private label, and Foodservice channels.

PNC Riverarch Capital invested in Fresh Direct Produce (Vancouver, BC, Canada), a distributor of fresh, ethnic, tropical, organic, and specialty produce and their value-added services include ripening, grading, processing, machine packaging, and bagging.

Manufacturing – Power Supply

Graham Partners invested in Myers EPS (Bethlehem, PA, US), a designer and manufacturer of backup power solutions for emergency lighting and uninterrupted power supply systems. Myers EPS’ products include centralized and mini inverters, which supply power to critical end markets during an outage.
