Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital invested in Phrasee (London, UK), an AI-powered SaaS natural language generation platform for online marketing.

Sixth Street Growth invested in Emplifi (Columbus, OH, US), a provider of AI-driven customer engagement, digital self-service, and first-party consumer data management software that allows brands to effectively manage and respond to unstructured consumer-initiated interactions across multiple channels.

Cybersecurity

Permira, Crosspoint Capital Partners and Advent International invested in McAfee (Santa Clara, CA, US), a cybersecurity software firm.

Manufacturing
